Role Overview:

  • Lead and execute the content strategy across digital platforms (web, social media, email) and non-digital media (press releases, brochures, reports).
  • Oversee and manage content development for digital marketing, social media, and internal communications ensuring that all is in line with the company's Employer Brand Strategy.
  • Ensure content consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the corporate communications, employer brand and activation teams and business functions to gather content needs and align messaging.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Manage the internal comms channels (GMG Intranet/MS Viva/Email campaigns/posters/bulletin board/on ground activations comms) to create engaging content that resonates with the organisation's audiences across multiple channels from offline to online, ensuring strict adherence to the corporate tone of voice (TOV) in all communications.
  • Optimize content using SEO best practices to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to track performance metrics and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Research industry trends and audience behavior to evolve content strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content projects while maintaining high editorial standards.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor or agency relationships for outsourced content.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management through timely and appropriate content delivery.


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong editorial and copywriting skills with attention to tone, grammar, and detail.
  • Expertise in SEO and web content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal.
  • Experience with multimedia content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of web and social media analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Project management skills, including planning, delegation, and execution of content campaigns.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
