Content Manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead and manage our team of content writers. The ideal candidate will oversee content creation, ensure quality and consistency, and develop strategies to enhance our brand’s voice across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers.
• Plan, create, and oversee editorial calendars for blog posts, social media, website content, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, SEO optimization, and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content strategies.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, content best practices, and emerging digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a team of content writers.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
