Content Manager

I run a YouTube channel @andytng28. I mainly do food content, and I'm looking to go into streaming. I need someone to take over production for shorts.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Manager based in Dallas, TX. The Content Manager will oversee content creation, curation, and optimization, ensuring alignment with branding and business goals. Responsibilities include managing content strategies, coordinating with teams to deliver high-quality digital content, and maintaining editorial calendars. Additionally, the role involves monitoring performance metrics, developing engaging campaigns, and guiding a team of content creators to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, curation, and management, including writing and content development skills.
• Proficiency in content strategy planning and implementation.
• Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills to coordinate tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content optimization for online platforms.
• Expertise in analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and editing skills to ensure high-quality content.
• Familiarity with social media trends and platform algorithms is an advantage.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
