Content Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels
  • Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including copywriting, editing and content publishing using content management systems
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling white papers, case studies, blog posts, social media campaigns, and e-commerce product descriptions that resonate with target audiences
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity by utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop and other graphic design software
  • Monitor content performance through analytics data; adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement rates and conversion metrics
  • Migrate legacy pages to new standards following established content architecture
  • Supports the production of training and resources to empower users to manage content through self-service tools

Requirements

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences
  • Proven experience in content management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including video editing), HTML/CSS basics for web editing purposes
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Ability to develop content strategies aligned with broader marketing goals; experience in B2B marketing is advantageous
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including email marketing campaigns, marketing automation tools, videography basics, photography skills, and content optimization techniques
