### Content Manager (Remote, Egypt)

### Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (understanding of web page structure and layout principles);

- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher — for communication with international partners and colleagues;

- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Tilda, or similar);

- Experience with task management tools (Bitrix24, ClickUp, YouTrack, etc.);

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and content;

- Fast learner, able to quickly adapt to new tools and processes;

- Technical mindset and genuine interest in IT, digital, and automation;

- Initiative and a results-driven attitude.

### Responsibilities:

- Collecting and updating information from developers and real estate companies in the UAE;

- Communicating with builders, developers, and other stakeholders;

- Publishing and updating content on a global real estate marketplace;

- Searching for and adding new property listings to the platform;

- Preparing content for educational materials, podcasts, and video lessons;

- Assisting in creating webinars and an educational knowledge base;

- Planning and monitoring content-related tasks;

- Creating and managing tasks for designers and developers;

- Performing daily checks and updates of published content.
