About This Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content/Channel Manager to oversee and drive the execution of social media campaigns and content operations across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for managing content strategy, coordinating production workflows, and ensuring the smooth operation of all content-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure timely delivery of projects and merchandise coordination
• Labeling, Itemizing and Organizing content media files
• Clearing unneeded files
• Updating spreadsheet on completed content
• Calendar and schedule management
• Communication between Channel Managers
• Downloading and uploading completed content on a schedule
• Supervise media editing between third parties, while maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
• Managing an inventory list of content and archiving content
• Minor video editing
• Social media management - Proofread, Following Content Schedule
• Equipment management
• Talent casting
• Monitor industry trends, analyze performance data, and generate actionable reports

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in social media management tools and platforms, X, TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, Threads, Twitch
• Proficiency Using Google Suite
• Basic video editing skills using Adobe products and strong proofreading abilities
• Experience with schedule management and production coordination
• Understanding of public relations and content strategy principles
