What you will be doing

• Video Production & Editing:
  • Plan, film, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, customer success stories, product showcases, events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Manage video assets, ensuring consistent quality and branding across platforms.
• Social Media Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create and schedule posts, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to drive measurable results.
  • Stay up to date with social trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Content Creating & Writing:
  • Write and publish blog posts, case studies, and other long-form content that supports SEO and thought leadership goals.
  • Work with internal experts and customers to develop compelling stories that showcase Savance Workplace’s impact.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand tone and marketing objectives.
• Email Campaign Support:
  • Assist in planning, writing, and designing email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Help track campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
• Collaboration & Project Ownership:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content across all digital channels.
  • Take initiative in developing new content ideas, improving production processes, and enhancing audience engagement.

Required Education/Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in digital or content marketing, with strong skills in video production and editing.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills for blogs and email content.
• Familiarity with basic SEO and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Highly organized and self-motivated — able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering great content.
