Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist with strong experience in personal branding. The role focuses on building and growing personal brands (founders/leaders/creators) through high-impact content, storytelling, and platform-specific strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and authority.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and manage personal branding content strategies

· Create engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, carousels, videos, blogs)

· Develop strong hooks, captions, and CTAs

· Optimize content using platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

· Drive audience growth, engagement, and retention

· Analyze performance and optimize content continuously
