Content Marketing Strategist

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Full-time, On-site)

Sands Tech is seeking a Content Marketing Strategist who can lead and manage our digital content efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to plan, guide, and execute impactful content strategies that strengthen our online presence and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive content strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure timely execution of high-quality digital content.
• Provide clear direction, concepts, and creative ideas to the content and design teams.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, messaging, and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms, and introduce new ideas accordingly.
• Identify relevant topics, trends, and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to improve future strategies.
• Engage with the online community by overseeing responses to comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Continuously suggest improvements and innovations to enhance overall digital presence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in digital content or a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and passion for digital media.
