What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Strategist with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in content management, strategy, and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end content workflows and developing comprehensive content strategies across multiple channels including blogs, social media, cold campaigns, and whitepapers. A strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of content marketing is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize content workflows to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Create comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Manage the blog editorial calendar including topic ideation, keyword strategy, content creation, and final publishing.
  • Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to integrate keyword research and SEO best practices into content.
  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand positioning objectives.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, reporting insights and recommending improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, social media, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing innovations, and best practices including AI content automation.

What's Required:

Content Management:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing content workflows.
  • Proven ability to oversee content calendars, ensuring smooth workflow from ideation to publication.

Content Strategy:

  • Experience in creating full content strategies tailored for different content types such as blogs, landing pages, social media, cold outreach campaigns, whitepapers, and more.
  • Expertise in managing blog editorial calendars, including topic selection, keyword research and final publication.

Content Marketing:

  • Ability to develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of content promotion tactics and measurement of content marketing ROI.

AI Content Automation:

  • Experience integrating AI solutions to streamline content production, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
  • Ability to balance automated content generation with human oversight to ensure relevance and brand voice consistency.

Other Details:

Work Mode: Onsite, Karachi

Experience: 3-5 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9AM-6PM
