Job Duties:
- Develop and implement strong digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Plan and execute complete SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly
- Manage Google optimization including on-page and off-page SEO
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
- Create, manage, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns
- Write SEO-optimized content for website pages, blogs, and landing pages
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media graphics and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Manage and schedule posts on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Maintain and organize Meta creative bank and digital assets
- Monitor engagement metrics and improve content strategy based on performance insights
- Upload and regularly update website content
- Maintain structured data and organized digital records
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all digital information
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for corporate events and brand activations
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth campaign execution
- Support on-ground event promotions and oversee post-event analysis
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools
- Hands-on experience in social media management across multiple platforms
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Creative thinking with strong visual and campaign ideation abilities
- Experience in event marketing is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
