Content Moderator

PrabhuBhakti Pvt. Ltd. is a devotional and spiritual platform dedicated to spreading positivity, faith, and spiritual awareness through meaningful content. We are looking for a Content Operations Executive who has strong content writing skills along with hands-on understanding of YouTube, reels, and visual content.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality devotional and spiritual content (articles, captions, scripts)
• Create and manage content for YouTube channels, including:
• Writing video titles and descriptions
• Planning video content and topics
• Basic understanding of YouTube SEO
• Develop engaging content ideas for Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
• Coordinate on thumbnail content:
• Suggest catchy thumbnail text and hooks
• Work closely with designers for alignment
• Plan and manage a content calendar
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment
• Stay updated with trends related to reels and YouTube content
• Maintain authenticity and spiritual depth in all content

Required Skills

• Strong Hindi content writing skills (basic English proficiency is a plus)
• Proven interest or experience in devotional / spiritual content writing
• Good understanding of YouTube platform and content strategy
• Knowledge of Reels and short-form video trends
• Basic sense of thumbnail text, hooks, and visual appeal
• Creative thinking with disciplined execution
• Spiritual mindset with knowledge of bhakti and devotional topics

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Content, Media, Journalism, or similar fields (optional)
• Experience working with devotional YouTube channels or social media pages
• Basic knowledge of Canva or content tools (plus point)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
