Role Overview

Mint Source is hiring a Content Operations Lead for a Content Growth Agency. You’ll own the engine behind a fast-paced YouTube and Instagram content operation, keeping timelines tight, tools organized, and teams in sync. Working closely with editors, strategists, and CSMs, you’ll drive each brief from concept to publish with clarity and control. Success means predictable delivery, polished systems, and clients who see real growth without friction.

What You’ll Do

• Run the full content pipeline for YouTube and Instagram, from brief to publish, to keep production flowing
• Own the weekly content calendar, capacity planning, and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met
• Lead daily standups and async check-ins to keep the team focused and unblock issues quickly
• Oversee CSM workflows and client communication for clear updates and fast follow-through
• Maintain task tracking and documentation in Trello and Notion for full operational visibility
• Manage feedback and revisions in Frame.io, streamlining review cycles for quick approvals
• QA video edits, thumbnails, titles, captions, and descriptions for quality, consistency, and platform fit
• Coordinate across editors and strategists to align briefs, assets, and timelines with no loose ends
• Spot performance bottlenecks and continuously improve processes to boost output
• Operate the backend like a machine, organized, on-schedule, and error-free

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in content operations, social video production, or digital content management
• Practical editing knowledge to guide quality and troubleshoot production gaps
• Strong project and team management skills to keep people and timelines aligned
• Systems thinker who loves building smooth, repeatable workflows
• Excellent communicator, calm, clear, and concise with both team and clients
• Self-sufficient and proactive, able to handle 80% of work independently
• Fluency in Frame.io, Slack, Notion, and comfort with Trello and creator tool stacks
• Creative problem-solver with a highly motivated, energetic mindset

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• On-time delivery rate for scheduled YouTube and Instagram content
• Accuracy and completeness of feedback left in Frame.io (batch, clear, actionable)
• Client satisfaction and responsiveness in communication
• Adherence to editing guidelines and execution briefs from Notion/calendar
• Accuracy and maintenance of content calendar, SOPs, and task tracking tools
• 30 days: stabilize cadence and review flow, 60 days: streamline revisions and tool handoffs, 90 days: scale output without missing quality or deadlines
