Position: Senior Content & Social Media Strategist
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and content-focused professional to design and execute our digital content strategy. This role blends content strategy, hands-on content creation, and thought-leadership management for our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a technology/software environment, skilled at simplifying technical concepts, and passionate about building engaging narratives that balance technical and non-technical themes.Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Calendar: Develop and manage content calendars for company and executive leadership profiles, ensuring consistent, balanced publishing across LinkedIn, Medium, website blog, and newsletters.
- Executive Branding: Professionally manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of 4–5 leadership profiles, blending technical insights, industry commentary, and cultural highlights to build thought leadership.
- Company Presence: Oversee content for the company LinkedIn page, Medium publications, blogs, and newsletters to strengthen corporate branding and promote outsourcing, staff augmentation, and company culture.
- Content Creation: Create and oversee engaging posts, articles, and visuals (with designers where needed), tailored for the IT/software industry and professional B2B audience.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with business development, HR, and marketing teams to align content with campaigns, recruitment efforts, and product/service launches.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Industry Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to bring innovative approaches that strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in content strategy and social media management, preferably in an IT/software house or B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in managing executive LinkedIn profiles and corporate pages.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Familiarity with publishing platforms (LinkedIn Articles, Medium, newsletters, blogs).
- Strong knowledge of analytics, reporting, and content optimization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
