We are looking for a hands-on Content Operations Manager who can take ownership of the entire content pipeline and work closely with a small team to deliver high-quality digital content on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Be fully responsible for the pipeline from recording → editing → graphics → publishing → reporting.
- Small Team Leadership: Coordinate with a compact team of editors, designers, and freelancers; ensure accountability and smooth collaboration.
- Process Management: Establish and enforce timelines, maintain quality standards, and keep content flowing consistently.
- Quality Control: Review intros/outros, thumbnails, captions, and graphics before publishing to ensure brand consistency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms; prepare performance and engagement reports.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, remove bottlenecks, and propose improvements to strengthen the workflow.
- Optional Contribution: If you have creative skills (video editing, design), you can contribute directly — but the main priority is managing and owning outcomes.
