Content & Posting Intern

What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other active channels
  
• Work with the brand calendar to ensure content goes out on time, every time
  
• Write captions that match Glowvé's voice — warm, ingredient-smart, and real
  
• Assist in creating Reels, Stories, and carousel content — from brief to posting
  
• Monitor comments, save UGC, and flag anything worth engaging with
  
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, saves, shares) and report what's working
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Who you are

• Skincare enthusiast who knows their products — must
  
• Fluent in how Instagram and TikTok actually work — algorithm, trends, formats
  
• Detail-oriented: captions, tags, hashtags, timing — you care about all of it
  
• Comfortable working to a content calendar and meeting posting deadlines
  
• Good eye for aesthetics — you can tell when something doesn't fit the feed
  
• Managed a brand or personal account before — bonus
