We're an AI solutions agency building production-ready AI systems — from LLM agents and RAG pipelines to voice AI and workflow automation. Our clients include enterprises across healthcare, legal, fintech, and SaaS. We have the technical team and the results. Now we need someone to tell that story to the world.

The Role
You'll own our content and PR engine — turning our AI expertise into industry authority. This isn't about churning out blog posts. It's about getting us featured in publications that matter, building executive thought leadership on LinkedIn, and creating content that drives real pipeline.
You'll report directly to the founder and work closely with sales to ensure every piece of content moves prospects closer to a conversation.

What You'll Own

Strategy & Positioning

  • Identify high-value pain points of B2B decision-makers and build a content roadmap that positions us as the definitive AI solutions partner
  • Monitor industry news daily to newsjack trending topics with immediate, authoritative commentary

LinkedIn Authority

  • Ghostwrite scroll-stopping posts for leadership — industry-leading points of view, not generic AI-sounding advice
  • Master LinkedIn's algorithm — understand reach penalties, engagement triggers, and what actually gets seen by executives

Earned Media & PR

  • Proactively pitch and secure features in Tier-1 business and trade publications — your ability to get published matters more than your writing
  • Turn internal company data into "State of the Industry" reports that journalists actually want to cite

Case Studies & Sales Assets

  • Interview clients to extract hard ROI data
  • Turn technical success stories into compelling sales assets and social proof

Content Repurposing

  • Atomize one deep-dive interview into a press pitch, LinkedIn carousel, blog post, and newsletter snippet
  • Ensure every piece of content — from a tweet to a press release — moves the prospect closer to a discovery call

You're a Fit If

  • 5+ years in B2B content marketing, PR, or communications — preferably in tech/SaaS/agency
  • Proven track record of securing earned media placements (show us your clips)
  • Strong LinkedIn content portfolio — either your own or ghostwritten for executives
  • You understand B2B buying cycles and can tie content to revenue outcomes
  • Resourceful with AI tools for research and drafting, but your strategic thinking is the real value
  • Excellent writer, but even better at getting others to publish your ideas
  • Self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to write about

Bonus Points

  • Experience in AI/tech industry
  • Existing relationships with journalists or publications
  • Experience creating data-driven reports that earned media coverage
