Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

SGI International Pvt. Ltd s looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead aggressive online growth for our global service brands.

Our businesses operate primarily in the United States market, with expanding customers in Canada, the UK, Australia, and Europe. We provide services including embroidery digitizing, vector artwork conversion, custom patches, and embroidery design products.

This role is responsible for generating real revenue through digital channels. You will be expected to design and execute marketing strategies across SEO, paid advertising, AI search optimization, marketplaces, social media, and new growth channels.

This is not a routine marketing role focused on posting content or managing social media pages. We are looking for someone who can identify profitable marketing opportunities, build growth systems, and scale customer acquisition across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate treats this role like running their own digital growth engine and continuously experiments with modern marketing techniques to increase leads, conversions, and sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Growth (SEO + AEO + AI Search)

Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies including:

  • On-page SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • Authority building
  • Content SEO
  • Programmatic SEO

Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to rank content in:

  • Google featured snippets
  • AI search answers
  • voice search queries
  • knowledge panels
  • AI chat search results

Optimize content for AI-powered search engines, including:

  • ChatGPT search results
  • Perplexity AI
  • Google AI Overviews
  • Bing Copilot search

Implement:

  • schema markup
  • structured data
  • topical authority clusters
  • entity-based SEO
  • E-E-A-T optimization

Tools used may include:

  • Ahrefs
  • SEMrush
  • Surfer SEO
  • Frase
  • Screaming Frog
  • Google Search Console
  • PageSpeed Insights
  • Cloudflare analytics

Paid Traffic & Conversion Marketing

Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns including:

  • Google Ads
  • Bing Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • YouTube Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Reddit Ads
  • Pinterest Ads
  • Display remarketing

Responsibilities include:

Compensation

Base Salary: ₨. 120,000 – ₨. 150,000 per month (depending on experience)

Performance Bonus: Up to ₨. 80,000 per month based on measurable results such as lead generation, sales growth, campaign performance, and overall digital marketing impact.

We reward performance. Candidates who successfully generate significant business and demonstrate strong growth strategies can expect fast salary progression and higher performance incentives over time.

If you generate significant business for the company, your income will grow accordingly.

Shift Timing

Flexible Evening shift:

  • 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • or
  • 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
