We are looking for a Digital Marketer who understands not only paid advertising and lead generation, but also branding as a core part of marketing strategy. You will work with our USA-based client portfolio, ensuring campaigns are performance-driven while staying consistent with each brand’s voice, positioning, and visual identity.
SEO responsibilities are handled separately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for US clients
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Run LinkedIn Ads (primarily for B2B clients)
- Manage TikTok Ads where relevant
- Ensure all ad creatives and messaging align with brand guidelines
- Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and campaign concepts
- Work with designers/content teams to maintain brand consistency
- Monitor CPL, ROAS, engagement, and overall performance
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels)
- Optimize landing pages for conversions while maintaining brand integrity
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audiences
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

- CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Requirements:
- Proven experience running paid marketing campaigns for the USA market
- Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and customer perception
- Ability to align performance marketing with long-term brand goals
- Experience with lead generation and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
