Job Summary
The
Content Producer
will serve as a key leadership role within the Brello Health Content Team, supporting the company’s expansion into a modern health and wellness media brand. Reporting directly to the Director of Content, this individual will function as a strategic right hand in overseeing content development, production execution, storytelling strategy, and cross-platform media growth initiatives.
Role Purpose
This role exists to support the strategic growth of Brello Health as a media-forward wellness company by producing high-quality, culturally relevant, and commercially impactful content experiences.
The Content Producer will oversee story development, production management, talent coordination, creative execution, and editorial direction while ensuring all media output aligns with Brello Health’s positioning within longevity, proactive healthcare, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle storytelling.

Collaborates with: CEO, Creative Brand Director, Paid Media Team, Social Media Team, PR & Communications, Brello Rise Production Team, Brand Partnerships, Wellness Experts, Influencers, and Post-Production Teams.
Key Responsibilities
-
Strategic Content Leadership
Develop content strategies aligned with quarterly business goals and campaigns
Lead storytelling development across social media, podcasts, OTT programming, branded entertainment, celebrity campaigns, and educational wellness content
Identify emerging trends relevant to health and wellness audiences
Assist the Director of Content in building and scaling Brello Health’s media division
Production Oversight
Lead pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
Build production timelines, shot lists, calendars, and deliverables
Coordinate talent schedules, locations, releases, and production logistics
Oversee creative execution during shoots to ensure elevated brand standards
Manage external vendors, freelancers, agencies, and creative partners
Talent & Industry Relations
Leverage media relationships to support guest bookings and partnerships
Maintain relationships with producers, talent managers, publicists, influencers, and agencies
Support celebrity integrations and strategic media opportunities
Cross-Functional Leadership
Operate as a leadership extension of the Director of Content
Help manage communication between creative, marketing, production, and operational teams
Participate in executive content planning meetings and campaign reviews
Creative Development
Pitch original content concepts and episodic franchises
Develop production treatments, creative decks, and social-first concepts
Ensure all content remains platform-native and culturally relevant
Qualifications
Required
-
5–10+ years of experience in television production, executive producing, digital media, streaming content, or branded entertainment
Proven experience producing content for high-visibility media brands or platforms
Strong portfolio of social-first and/or broadcast-level storytelling work
Strong media industry relationships and talent network
Advanced production management capabilities
Strong understanding of platform-specific content performance
Experience working with creators, influencers
Preferred

Experience in startup or high-growth media environments
Experience working with wellness or healthcare-adjacent brands
Familiarity with OTT/streaming production ecosystems
Experience with branded partnerships and sponsorship integrations
Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting
Ability to maintain focus in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels
Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
