Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
  • Experience in marketing content storytelling and experience with live show or film production.
  • Experience working directly with an internal creative team.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong executive presence.
  • Passion for brands, stories, ideas, and experiential production.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand and articulate creative ideas clearly.

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.

In this role, you will produce content and creative that fosters connections and conversations between employees, consumers, partners, and influencers at some of Google’s profile events and experiences in the U.S., including keynotes, launch events, and consumer experiential initiatives.

You will be understanding each stage of content production, from concept to delivery, and can find space for creativity to flourish within tight time frames and budgets. You will be a storyteller who understands storytelling in a live setting, and the art of combining words, images, and sounds for maximum impact. You will be ideating and problem-solving in real-time with creative teams and C-Level executives alike and have attention to detail.

In support of Marketing hiring guidelines, we are posting Marketing roles for several weeks prior to conducting any conversations with any applicants. During this time, Staffing will be focused on assembling a representative pipeline of internal and external candidates, and the Hiring teams will not be hosting informal coffee chats or interviews.

This role is eligible for a transfer with a level change (TLC).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$206,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Craft overall event narrative with and bring it to life through event content: graphics and animations, video/film, product demos, and live performances.
  • Partner with internal marketing partners to deliver on business priorities through event storytelling.
  • Manage a team of agency partners to oversee all content production elements.
  • Work collaboratively with in-house creative team of directors, designers, animators, and copywriters, and other members of the events and experiences team.
  • Oversee other production elements, such as asset clearances and talent logistics.
