Position: Content Producer

The Content Producer is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering high-quality, audience-centered multimedia content that advances organizational objectives and brand strategy. This role leads the end-to-end content production lifecycle—concept development, creative direction, production, post-production, quality control, and performance optimization—using independent judgment and professional expertise. The Content Producer collaborates cross-functionally, translates business goals into compelling content, and ensures brand consistency across channels.

- Conceives, develops, and executes original content concepts aligned to brand voice, campaign objectives, and audience insights.
- Applies professional creative judgment to determine content format, tone, narrative structure, and visual direction across platforms.
- Creates and maintains content plans and production schedules; anticipates dependencies and adjusts priorities to meet strategic objectives.
- Writes, edits, proofreads, and copyedits a variety of documents designed to cultivate member relationships and drive new member acquisition. As such, guides and partners with external sources to develop a variety of advertising materials including TV and radio broadcast, print ads, outdoor, digital and direct mail.
- Manage video and photographic libraries.
- Plans and prepares content for dissemination on organization website.
- Collaborates with outside advertising agency to ensure advertising content is aligned with the Keesler Federal brand.
- Produces multimedia content (e.g., video, short-form social, interviews, podcasts, photography, motion graphics, web content) from pre-production through final delivery.
- Leads pre-production planning (creative brief development, storyboards, shot lists, talent coordination, location/logistics planning).
- Directs shoots and manages post-production processes, including editing, sound, color, captions, graphics, and formatting for channel requirements.
- Establishes quality standards and conducts final content reviews to ensure accuracy, brand adherence, and audience fit.
- Leads creative development process of annual meeting video and annual report to include concept development, writing/scripting and production.
- Collaborates with the marketing team and stakeholders in the execution of materials, projects and full advertising campaigns.
- Write and publish intranet articles, policy updates, project announcements, and leadership messages.
- Support department‑wide or organizational campaigns—culture, employee recognition, operational updates, and training communications.
- Create scripts, presentations, and supporting materials for internal events and leadership engagements.
- Collaborates with the Marketing Team to serve as a key reviewer for consumer-facing communications. As such, will be required to proofread documents with a keen attention to detail.
- Contribute and support social media activity across Keesler Federal’s platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) as needed.
- Leads creative efforts within the marketing department to provide creative feedback and guidance to team members, external copywriters, designers and producers to ensure tone, creative and strategy aligns with the Keesler Federal brand.
- Oversees editorial quality of all internal and external marketing-related communications.
- Supports Keesler Federal’s branding initiatives through the execution of deliverables and other assigned tasks.
- Writes content for white papers, blogs, video scripts, speeches/presentations and infographics as needed.
- Self-tracks working projects through Work Zone.
- Develops and maintains the organization’s style guide, including editorial standards.
- Serves as lead creative and director of video production for internal team consumption.
- Develop and format member‑facing emails including alerts, product updates, fraud warnings, operational notices, and community updates.
- Ensure clarity, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Works proactively to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborates with any and all departments to provide guidance and support of staff training documents and member education documents as needed.
- Works with the advertising team to ensure consistent, acceptable use of Keesler Federal’s logo and other corporate graphic style assets. This includes but not limited to branch signage and displays, lobby brochures and member communication materials.
- Collaborates and works independently with outside vendors to complete projects, as necessary.
- Aligns activities with the Keesler Federal Strategic Plan and organizational values.
- Responsible for compliance with all Federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Utilizes The Member Advantage AIDINC system to identify potential member (internal or external) service needs which can be met through the sale of credit union products and services, or adherence to the department’s policy and procedures.

- Partners with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

- BA/BS in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or Related Field
- 4 years years of professional content production experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating original creative work.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing content from concept through final delivery.
- Mastery of PowerPoint to create internal and external presentations as needed.
- Proficiency with industry tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, audio tools, and/or comparable platforms.
- Strong storytelling, editorial judgment, and visual design sensibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Photography and videography skills (basic shooting and editing).
- Familiarity with SharePoint or intranet publishing.
- Familiarity with CISION and media monitoring and reporting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred due to regional member demographics.
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently by organizing and prioritizing.
- Desire to continue education and stay abreast of trends and developments a plus.
