Content Project Manager

The Content Project Manager plays a critical role in driving LearnKart’s growth by ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of technical courses. You will directly shape the future of our learning products by optimizing workflows, coordinating teams, and turning ideas into real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Workforce Management

• Develop effective staffing plans and manage team allocation across projects.
• Oversee resource planning to ensure all course production, author support, learner ticket responses, and strategic initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with management to drive cross-training initiatives for balanced workload distribution.
• Proactively communicate with all stakeholders regarding risks, delays, or changes that may impact timelines.
• Implement and promote estimation techniques to forecast delivery timelines accurately.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workforce management tools and systems.

2. Performance Analysis

• Define, implement, and monitor productivity metrics for teams and individual contributors.
• Review forecasting data to identify service-level gaps and propose corrective action plans.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to leadership aimed at enhancing productivity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, content operations, or related roles.
• Experience managing technical or educational content teams is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and productivity metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, or workforce management platforms.
