About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented eLearning Content Reviewer with 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or digital learning review. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, clarity, and instructional accuracy of digital learning materials before they are released to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review eLearning modules, scripts, assessments, and supporting materials for instructional quality, grammar, structure, and consistency.

· Ensure content adheres to instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and internal style guides.

· Provide constructive feedback to instructional designers and content developers.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), designers, and QA teams to refine learning products.

· Conduct walkthroughs and participate in review meetings to ensure alignment with learning objectives.

· Track errors, maintain review logs, and recommend content improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, Communication, or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in content review, instructional design, editing, or quality assurance in the eLearning domain.

· Strong understanding of learning design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).

· Excellent attention to detail, language proficiency, and analytical thinking.

· Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus.

· Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

· Exposure to compliance training, technical training, or corporate learning content.

· Certification in instructional design or eLearning development.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
