Content & Social Media Coordinator

Much Ado Boutique is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content & Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across social media, photography, and digital marketing channels.

This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, content creation, photography, storytelling, and staying ahead of social media trends. You’ll work closely with the Creative & Social Media Lead, Merchandising Lead, Models, and the fulfillment team to create engaging content that builds our audience and drives sales.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

• Execute and schedule content & copy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and content opportunities
• Utilize ManyChat, Planoly, Canva, CapCut and other marketing tools to support social growth

Content Creation

• Create video and photo content in-studio at the boutique, and on location
• Develop content concepts for collection launches, promotions, sales, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate with our models by providing content ideas and product selections for at-home content creation
• Participate in weekly content creation days with the team
• Be comfortable appearing on camera regularly

Photography & Creative Collaboration

• Photograph products and models for website product pages and marketing campaigns
• Assist with photoshoot planning, including locations, shot lists, and video concepts
• Partner with our graphic designer to ensure creative assets support launches, promotions, and campaigns
• Create and edit video content for both organic social media and paid advertising

Marketing Support

• Partner with the Creative & Social Media Lead on monthly content planning
• Help brainstorm campaigns around holidays, promotions, sales, and collection launches
• Collaborate on content needs for Meta and Google advertising campaigns
• Review content performance and assist with monthly reporting and KPI tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Photography experience
• Video editing experience
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Passion for fashion, retail, and content creation

Employment Type

• Part time, 20-30 hours per week
• Hybrid role (on-site and remote)

This position offers flexible part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company expands. We're looking for someone who is excited to grow with us!

Bonus Points If You Have

• Your own camera equipment
• Experience with CommentSold, Planoly, ManyChat, Canva, and/or CapCut
• Experience creating content for paid social advertising
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other emerging AI platforms
• Experience with AI image or video creation tools
• Fashion, boutique, e-commerce, or retail marketing experience
