About the Role

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and trend obsessed individual to help create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

You don't need years of professional experience we care more about your creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to make content people enjoy watching.

What You'll Do

• Film and edit engaging short-form videos
• Help plan and execute social media campaigns
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
• Monitor comments and engage with our online community
• Research social media trends and viral content
• Photograph and video new products and prototypes
• Assist with influencer outreach and creator collaborations
• Help organize product launches and social campaigns
• Track content performance and provide weekly reports
• Brainstorm new content ideas with our product development team

What We're Looking For

• Passion for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable filming with a smartphone or camera
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Interest in toys, trends, collectibles, gaming, crafts, or pop culture is a huge plus

Bonus Skills

• Photography
• Graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience running personal or school social media accounts
• Basic knowledge of paid social advertising
• Experience with influencer outreach
• Motion graphics or animation
