Content & Social Media Coordinator (Execution-Focused)

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing roofing company building a dominant digital presence across multiple platforms.

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Coordinator to execute and maintain our daily content operations.

This is NOT a strategy role — this is an execution role for someone who can take direction, move quickly, and maintain high standards.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, work hard, and grow into a larger position.

Responsibilities:

• Post daily content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Google Business Profile)
• Format and optimize content for each platform (captions, hashtags, structure)
• Repurpose content efficiently across all channels
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule (6 days per week)
• Track basic performance metrics and report weekly
• Keep content organized and maintain a posting workflow
• Assist with light office/admin tasks when needed
• Capture job site content including photos, videos, and basic recordings ----*Opportunity to grow into drone operation and advanced content capture over time

What This Role Is NOT:

• You are NOT responsible for creating content ideas You are NOT building marketing strategy You are NOT running paid ads

Your role is to execute at a high level and keep everything running consistently.

Requirements:

• Strong writing and communication skills Extremely detail-oriented (this is critical) Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality Comfortable being on job sites capturing content when needed Familiar with major social media platforms Basic understanding of hashtags, keywords, and formatting Organized and reliable Positive attitude and high energy Located in the U.S.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Experience posting across multiple platforms Basic understanding of social media algorithms Willingness to learn, improve, and grow through ongoing training
