We are looking for a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Executive to manage our company's online presence and create engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, and brand communication, with the ability to enhance the company's visibility and engagement online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including posts, captions, and campaigns.

• Manage and oversee the company's social media pages (planning, posting, and engagement).

• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing and branding goals.

• Monitor social media performance and analyze insights to improve reach and engagement.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative content and campaigns.

• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.

• Stay updated with social media trends and implement new ideas to grow the brand's presence.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills for digital content.

• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.

• Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
