Role Overview :
We are looking for a talented and versatile Content Writer to join our marketing and communications team. The role involves creating engaging, clear, and brand-aligned content across multiple formats and platforms, supporting both brand-building and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a strong storyteller with a flair for language, research-driven thinking, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
Content Development
● Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, websites, social media, emailers, marketing collateral, presentations, PR articles, and advertisements.
● Develop impactful brand stories, case studies, whitepapers, and thought-leadership articles tailored to target audiences.
● Create compelling copy for ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns, brochures, and other offline materials.
● Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand’s tone of voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Research & Strategy
● Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to produce relevant and authoritative content.
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to ensure content supports broader campaign goals and business objectives.
● Contribute to the development of content calendars and long-form content strategies aligned with brand priorities.
Editing & Quality Control
● Review and enhance existing content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and overall impact.
● Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content and platforms.
● Optimize written content for readability, engagement, and SEO where applicable.
Key Skills & Competencies
● Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and platforms. ● Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and meticulous attention to detail.
● Versatility in writing both short-form ad copy and long-form articles or thought-leadership pieces.
● Ability to conduct in-depth research and transform complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
● Creativity in developing fresh content ideas, angles, and campaign concepts.
● Familiarity with PR writing, marketing collateral, and content for ATL/BTL campaigns.
● Basic understanding of SEO best practices and digital publishing tools is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
● 2–5 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles.
● A portfolio showcasing a range of content work, including both short-form and long-form writing.
