AEM Content Author (100% Remote)
Overview:
Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) Specialist with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Veeva Vault/CRM to support the creation, development, and deployment of interactive content for healthcare provider (HCP) marketing teams. This role involves building digital visual aids (IVAs) for use on iPads, ensuring compliance with medical/legal/regulatory standards, and managing assets from design through distribution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical CMS skills, digital marketing knowledge, and experience working in regulated environments.
Responsibilities:

Build and develop IVAs (Interactive Visual Aids) using AEM with assets provided through Figma design systems and agency partners.

Manage content through Veeva Vault Promomats for compliance, medical, and legal review.

Deploy approved materials into Veeva CRM (CLM environment) for iPad distribution to field teams.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies when design files require updates or refinements.

Pull, organize, and manage digital assets within AEM/DAM (Digital Asset Management).

Maintain an inventory of templates and reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and sales enablement teams to ensure timely approvals and deployment of digital content.

Incorporate feedback from review teams and make necessary content updates.

Provide feedback and enhancement ideas to improve IVA development processes and tools.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.

5+ years’ experience creating, building, and executing content within Veeva CRM/CLM.

Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Assets.

Experience with Figma design systems and component-based content transfer.

Strong understanding of compliance-driven review processes (medical, legal, regulatory).

Background in pharma, healthcare, or highly regulated industries preferred.

Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.

Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills.

Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and content accuracy.
