Overview

Lenovo’s North America Content Marketing team is seeking an organized, detail-driven visual communicator to join us as a Contract Content Specialist. This role blends design execution, art direction, and UX-minded content development across both digital and in-store retail experiences

You’ll support the adaptation and production of high-impact assets for campaigns, product launches, and always-on marketing, ensuring every asset meets Lenovo’s standards for brand consistency and alliance compliance. You should be confident navigating content systems, collaborating across teams, and translating brand guidelines into engaging, conversion-focused content.

The ideal candidate is fluent in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma, and thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments. This is a remote role with cross-functional collaboration across creative, retail, brand, and product marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Content Development & Design

  • Design and produce product detail page assets, including optimized copy, layout mockups, and supporting visuals
  • Create, revise, and version gallery images, annotated overlays, and accessibility-compliant graphics
  • Design content for syndicated placements (e.g., Amazon A+, enhanced content modules)
  • Support creation of in-store merchandising materials (e.g., signage, end caps, display panels)
  • Execute digital display campaigns, adapting creative for various placements and sizes
  • Assist with localization and adaptation of brand-to-demand campaigns for retail usage

Cross-Functional & Creative Operations

  • Provide art direction and asset feedback to external agency partners
  • Manage digital asset organization within Dropbox
  • Collaborate in project tracking and creative workflow management via Monday.com

Tools You’ll Use

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma for collaborative design and UX mockups
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for asset management
  • Dropbox for asset collaboration
  • Monday.com for project workflow management
  • Syndigo for content syndication (training provided)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a content design or art direction role (retail or eCommerce a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of UX design principles and how content supports customer decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually consistent, compliant content across formats (print, digital, accessibility)
  • Deep understanding of brand governance and comfort designing in highly regulated environment (e.g., Intel® Alliance Compliance)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • Experience working with creative agencies or internal stakeholders to manage content feedback and revisions
  • Familiarity with DAM platforms and marketing syndication tools is a plus
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, and brand consistency
  • Highly organized and independent — able to manage multiple projects, rounds of feedback, and shifting timelines
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and attention to design detail
