Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and creative Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team at iNX Commercial Cleaning Services. This role is responsible for developing compelling content that aligns with our brand voice, supports our marketing strategies, and engages our target audience. As a key contributor in a small but dynamic team, the Content Specialist may also be involved in other marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, digital content management, social media strategy, and strategic brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for various platforms, including website pages, blog posts, email campaigns, case studies, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct research to develop industry-relevant content that educates and informs potential clients about our services and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with marketing campaigns, sales objectives, and brand messaging.
  • Optimize content for SEO best practices and implement keyword strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Assist in managing content on HubSpot CRM/CMS and other digital platforms.
  • Support marketing team initiatives such as PPC campaigns, social media management, and event marketing.
  • Develop copy for advertising, promotional materials, and internal communications.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
  • Develop compelling, data-driven content by strategically employing advanced AI platforms to enhance creativity, streamline production workflows, and deliver personalized experiences that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand authenticity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • AI Prompting or other various AI certifications is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing (experience in the facility management industry a plus).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, PPC advertising, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
