As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a skilled Content Strategist to shape and lead our content initiatives across all platforms.

About the Role:

As a Content Strategist at D&S Homes, you’ll craft compelling content strategies that drive traffic, engage clients, and build our brand across digital channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to produce high-converting content tailored to Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a results-driven content strategy aligned with business goals

Create and manage editorial calendars for social media, website, blog, and email campaigns

Conduct keyword and market research to inform SEO-optimized content

Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and property consultants to develop engaging real estate content

Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategy accordingly

Write or oversee high-quality content for listings, landing pages, newsletters, social posts, and more

Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms

Requirements:

Min 6 months of content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing experience

Strong portfolio of real estate or lifestyle-related content (preferred)

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English

Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.)

Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a strong plus

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously
