At Avatar Studios, we craft films, branded content, podcasts, and digital-first storytelling for some of the most forward-thinking brands. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can shape communication at a strategic level—building decks, crafting narratives, and ensuring that all content ladders up to brand growth. This is a role for someone who is both a thinker and a writer, with a keen sense for video, campaigns, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Decks & Narrative Building

  • Develop decks for proposals, campaigns, pitches, and presentations, ensuring they are structured, persuasive, and visually coherent.
  • Translate client goals and creative ideas into strategic storylines and frameworks.

Content Strategy

  • Define themes, approaches, and storytelling formats for films, campaigns, and social content.
  • Ensure strategies are aligned with client objectives and measurable growth.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and social media associates to guide execution against strategy.

Copywriting & Video Scripting

  • Write clear and compelling copies for campaigns, taglines, and social posts.
  • Script corporate films, branded videos, explainers, and short-form content with a strong storytelling lens.
  • Review and refine copy to maintain narrative consistency and brand tone.

Research & Insights

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and cultural insights to inform strategic directions.
  • Leverage insights and AI tools to strengthen ideation and content development.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients—interpreting briefs, shaping communication, and presenting strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, social) to align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Provide thought leadership and suggestions for brand growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in content strategy, brand communication, or creative copywriting.
  • Proven ability to create decks and structure narratives.
  • Strong writing skills—capable of crafting both strategic content and creative scripts.
  • A video-first mindset—comfortable working with editors, directors, and campaign teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Research-driven, creative, and outcome-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
