Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies that support e-commerce growth across websites, landing pages, email, paid ads, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce high-converting content for product descriptions, campaigns, and promotions.
- Write, edit, and optimize product copy, brand stories, and creative assets aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to inform content planning and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Build and manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Partner with designers to create compelling visuals, videos, and multimedia content that enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement) to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on e-commerce, digital marketing, and content trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative writing, or marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Experience in SEO, conversion copywriting, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Ability to translate product features into customer-focused value propositions.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with design/multimedia tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing e-commerce or digital content projects is required.
