Content Strategist - UX Writer - Commerce

We're looking for a Content Strategist to create and optimize content for digital products that engage users and support product goals. In this role, you'll plan, write, and refine content across UX interfaces, product education materials, and in-app messaging, helping deliver a seamless, user-focused experience.

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and improve UX copy, product names, help content, and information architecture.
• Maintain content standards, evolve the company's voice, and ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and marketers to meet user needs.
• Use data, analytics, and user research to inform content decisions and run experiments to improve engagement.
• Support content strategy for business users, helping them maximize their experience and success with the product.
• Provide guidance and feedback to teammates, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to optimize content performance.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in commerce, advertising, or growth-focused product areas.
• Familiarity with content experimentation, testing, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital publishing or content management systems.

Location: Remote - PST

Role type: Contract 3 Month Position (potential extension)
