Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Arabic-first content writer with exceptional writing and editing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic (native-level proficiency) and have a solid command of English. They will focus on producing customer-facing copy that enhances engagement, retention, and user experience across CRM and communication touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email & CRM Content
  • Write and localize engaging Arabic email content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand tone.
  • Create persuasive and brand-aligned copy for social media, offline marketing materials, and performance-driven digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing team to ensure messaging consistency and effectiveness.
  • Push Notifications & WhatsApp Campaigns
  • Develop concise, impactful copy for app push notifications and WhatsApp messages.
  • Test and optimize messages for open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Customer Communication Templates
  • Create and refine Arabic templates for customer support replies, order updates, and feedback requests.
  • Ensure tone of voice reflects brand empathy and clarity.
  • Localization & Editing
  • Translate and adapt English marketing materials into culturally relevant Arabic copy.
  • Maintain linguistic accuracy and emotional resonance across all channels.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency
  • Uphold brand guidelines and tone across all communication touchpoints.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to align content objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Native Arabic writing proficiency and strong command of English.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer in a marketing or CRM team.
  • Proven experience writing for digital CRM channels (email, push, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Excellent grasp of grammar, style, and tone in Arabic marketing communication.
