Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of technical concepts and translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand materials for a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop, write, and edit technical content, including articles, blogs, white papers, case studies, user manuals, product documentation, and FAQs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and understand technical information.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Stay updated on the latest developments in the technical domain to ensure content relevance and accuracy.

SEO and Content Optimization:

Incorporate SEO best practices into content creation to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Use keywords effectively while maintaining readability and flow.

Editing and Proofreading:

Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors and adheres to the company’s tone and style guidelines.

Review and revise content for technical accuracy and coherence.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product development to align content with organisational goals.

Coordinate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong understanding of technical topics such as software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Word).

Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner).

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience.

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, Journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in creating video scripts, infographics, and multimedia content.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycles.
