Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Social Media Manager with expertise in crafting engaging social media copies, developing content strategies, writing SEO-optimized website content, and managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should also have experience in writing video ad scripts and executing social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned social media copies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create SEO-optimized website content, blogs, and articles to drive organic traffic.
• Manage and grow social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Write compelling video ad scripts for promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing techniques.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine content strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.
• Proven experience in social media content creation, strategy, and community management.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to write optimized content.
• Experience in writing video ad scripts for social media and digital ads.
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad (remote work not available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and content performance tracking.
