We’re hiring a bilingual (English/Arabic) UX Writer to support multiple product squads. You’ll safeguard quality and consistency across product UX microcopy, localization—including per-client customizations. The focus is on clear, in-context copy aligned to our tone of voice and terminology.

The role requires to be based in Al Ain

What you’ll do:

• Write and edit UX/UI microcopy (labels, CTAs, states, tooltips, onboarding flows)
• Maintain terminology governance (EN/AR): evolve a living glossary and style guide
• Translate/localize EN AR product copy and microcopy, adapting tone and terminology to the style guide and context.
• Support a new product translation/localization, including client-specific customizations
• Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery to land copy on time and in context
• Do in-context checks on staging for your own strings and flag issues to QA/Engineering (no ownership of full linguistic QA)
• Contribute suggestions to the glossary/style guide to maintain consistency (no ownership of cross-team governance)
• Track work in Notion/Jira and keep source-of-truth copy organized and versioned; surface risks/blocked strings early

Requirements

• Native-level Arabic and strong professional English writing/editing
• 3–5+ years in content design/UX writing or product copywriting; fintech/wealth exposure preferred
• Proven ability to write concise, task-oriented microcopy and longer formats (web, emails, scripts)
• Experience with localization and in-context QA; comfortable with EN/AR typography and layout constraints
• Familiarity with MENA financial terminology (risk profile, AUM, structured products, onboarding/KYC)
• Excellent collaboration, feedback handling, and deadline discipline across multiple squads

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Saudi/UAE market usage and neutral Modern Standard Arabic
• Experience with client-by-client customization for B2B/B2B2C platforms
• Understanding of Shariah-compliant finance language and sensitivities
