A scaling, international student services platform is expanding its brand and content team in Bahrain. As a Content Writer, you’ll create clear, useful, and engaging content that supports students as they plan and prepare to study abroad.

This is a hands-on role where what you write directly shapes how students understand their options, make decisions, and build trust with the platform.

This role is open to Bahraini nationals only.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for writing content across multiple channels, helping students at different stages of their journey. From early research through to decision-making, your work will focus on making information easy to understand and genuinely useful.

The role blends writing, research, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with other teams to produce content that is accurate, consistent, and aligned with how students actually think and search.

This is not generic content writing. Clarity, relevance, and consistency matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing clear, structured, and engaging content across platforms including; website pages and blogs, landing pages, emails, social media content, student guides and resources
• Researching topics such as universities, cities, student life, and studying abroad
• Creating content that answers common student questions and supports decision-making
• Maintaining a consistent tone of voice across all content
• Supporting campaigns, launches, and broader brand messaging
• Writing with SEO principles in mind (structure, keywords, readability)
• Reviewing and editing content to improve clarity and accuracy
• Working with design, social, and growth teams to deliver content across channels
• Supporting scripts or short-form content for videos and digital campaigns
• Using feedback and performance insights to improve content over time

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Up to 2 years’ experience in content writing, marketing, or a related area
• Strong written English with clear, simple communication
• Good attention to detail and ability to structure content clearly
• Ability to research topics and turn information into useful content
• Comfortable writing across different formats (informational, editorial, promotional)
• An understanding of SEO or willingness to learn
• Candidates who have studied abroad will be viewed favourably, but this is not essential
• Interest in education, travel, or student-focused content is a plus
