Key Responsibilities:

Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and product documentation.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly content for IT products and services.

Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.

Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all technical content.

Optimize content for SEO and align with digital marketing strategies.

Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field (preferred: technical/IT background).

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer/Content Writer in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of software development, IT services, cloud technologies, and digital solutions.

Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), MS Office, and collaboration tools.

Ability to write content tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research, and content optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience in writing for B2B SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or IT consulting firms.

Familiarity with tools like Markdown, Git, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
