Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and brief central campaign concepts and creative direction for each sub-brand and channel.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for creative, video, and copy teams; ensure smooth cross-functional campaign execution.
  • Approve and quality-check all outgoing content (copy, images, video) for consistency and brand fit.
  • Oversee ideation workshops for AI-driven content tools and maintain a library of content inspiration, swipe files, and templates.
  • Regularly analyze creative performance data, adjust concept pipelines to optimize for reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate on quarterly content themes, ensuring visual and messaging cohesion for cross-channel pushes.
  • Establish a creative review workflow—including feedback collection—from all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years in content strategy/campaign or creative leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional creative teams.
  • Digital/AI creative workshops or training.

AI Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, and creative workflow automation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
