Content/Social Media Lead

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content / Social Media Lead to manage content planning, social media strategy, and brand communication. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working in a digital marketing agency and handling US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content and social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
• Lead content calendars, campaign planning, and brand messaging.
• Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and client servicing teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in content and social media management.
• Mandatory experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Mandatory experience handling US clients.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with social media analytics and management tools is a plus.
