The Client is undertaking a major modernization of its HR application portfolio, focusing on refactoring legacy Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) into the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) licensing model, while maintaining select OutSystems and Angular applications as required to meet mission needs. This O&M-funded initiative prioritizes secure, user-focused architecture, the reduction of technical debt, and adherence to federal standards such as RMF, Zero Trust, and CMMC. The program employs Agile methodologies to enable iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and transparent performance metrics, with all development conducted within government-designated environments. Team members will work closely with government product owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions that advance The Client’s mission and operational objectives.

Summary:
Refactor and sustain Salesforce LWC applications, ensuring code quality, automated testing, and integration with PSS data/process models.

Responsibilities:

• Refactor legacy LWC/Aura code to PSS standards.
• Implement automated unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners on technical solutions.
