The Client is undertaking a major modernization of its HR application portfolio, focusing on refactoring legacy Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) into the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) licensing model, while maintaining select OutSystems and Angular applications as required to meet mission needs. This O&M-funded initiative prioritizes secure, user-focused architecture, the reduction of technical debt, and adherence to federal standards such as RMF, Zero Trust, and CMMC. The program employs Agile methodologies to enable iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and transparent performance metrics, with all development conducted within government-designated environments. Team members will work closely with government product owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions that advance The Client’s mission and operational objectives.

Public Sector Solutions SME

Summary:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, guiding refactoring, configuration, and deployment to meet AF/A1’s mission and compliance needs.
Responsibilities:

• Advise on PSS best practices, licensing, and configuration.
• Support migration planning and execution.
• Ensure alignment with government requirements and compliance standards.
• Provide training and documentation for stakeholders.

Salary Range:
$120,000 – $155,000 per year (specialist, DC area)
