Client Summary
The Office of the Director of the Army National Guard (ARNG), Installations Division (ARNG-IER), located at the ARNG Readiness Center in Arlington, VA, is responsible for managing installation programs that support readiness and mission execution across all 50 states, three territories, and the District of Columbia. ARNG-IER provides policy guidance, resources, and oversight for facilities operations, maintenance, and real estate management, ensuring accountability to the Director, ARNG, and Congress.

As part of the Real Estate and Real Property Support Services contract, selected candidates will contribute to the ARNG’s mission by providing expert advisory, technical, and training support for real property and real estate programs. This includes supporting the management of facility assets, compliance with federal and Army regulations, and the development and delivery of training to stakeholders nationwide. The ARNG-IER is committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in support of the Army National Guard’s infrastructure and operational goals.

Location: Arlington, VA (travel required)
Clearance: NACI (background investigation required)
Salary Range: $67,800 – $78,800 per year (typical for federal training and instructional design roles)
Summary:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for ARNG real property and real estate management.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop formal and informal training programs and materials.
  • Update programs of instruction and deliver classroom/distance learning sessions.
  • Conduct site visits and staff training assistance.
  • Tailor training to target audiences and emerging needs.
  • Coordinate with ARNG Professional Education Center and other locations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
  • Experience in instructional design and training delivery.
  • Knowledge of ARNG real property and real estate processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
