We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other IDDs. In this role, you'll help create impactful training materials that empower clinicians, educators, and support teams using our industry-leading SaaS solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, you’ll contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable learning content that supports our customers and drives meaningful outcomes.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - 80,000. Compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including education, experience, skills, and location. The range listed is a good faith estimate of base pay for the role, and final compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the selected candidate. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
