Continuous Improvement Specialist

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
For our plant in Konya we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist reporting to the Plant Manager, and will have the following responsibilities:

The C.I. Specialist is responsible for the definition and implementation of Lean methodology and shopfloor management within the facilities of the plant. The purpose of this position is to improve efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement activities across the plant and follow up on project execution and results.
• Identify process losses and perform root cause analysis to develop action plans.
• Actively participate in Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM initiatives.
• Track and report process performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and drive improvement opportunities.
• Collect and analyze process data to support decision-making.
• Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the plant.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of TPM, 5S, SMED, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Competence in data analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPC).
• Experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.

• Detail-oriented and result-driven.
• Responsible and improvement-oriented.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or similar engineering fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
