Job Overview:

To manage and execute contract administration and support administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance within the constraints of corporate policy and fast-paced FMCG environments.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and amend contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, etc.) to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Monitor the full contract lifecycle from drafting to execution, renewals, amendments, and termination.
  • Maintain and update a centralized contract database with accurate tracking of deadlines, obligations, and key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and forms.
  • Support negotiations with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and minimize risks.
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, and business units to align contract terms with operational requirements.
  • Resolve contractual disputes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient archiving system for physical and digital contracts to meet audit and compliance requirements.
  • Improve contract management processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure all contracts and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Oversee updates and enhancements to ERP or contract management systems to meet operational needs.
  • Manage legal correspondence, supplier onboarding documentation, and internal approvals.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports on contract status, KPIs, and risk areas.
  • Organize and manage department agendas, meeting schedules, and internal communications.
  • Act as document controller to consolidate and standardize all templates, forms, and administrative records.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistent and controlled execution of daily tasks.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance work environment and actively promote company values.




Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in contract management or admin roles, preferably in FMCG or similar high-velocity sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
